What kind of equipment is used?

Revive provides the kind of quality cleaning that can only be done by truck mounted steam extraction systems. Our trucks are completely self-contained, so your power and hot water are not needed.

Can you really get rid of cat urine odor?

Revive specializes in the successful removal of pet mess and odor utilizing an enzyme chemical process. Basically the effected area is treated with a specialized chemical treatment applied with our Roto Vac brushes to penetrate deep into the soiled areas prior to extraction. After extraction, what is left are active non-toxic enzymes, which continue to work by destroying harmful bacteria and odor long after we are gone. In most cases this will prevent the need to remove old carpet and affected padding, saving you time, money, and headaches, call for pricing.

How long will it take my carpet to dry?

Excess water can and will create permanent water damage, our powerful extractor will minimize dry times to 3–5 hours.

Are specialty stains included in package?

Although our pre-spray will take care of most stains, such as coffee, kool-aid™, wine, and urine are a small additional charge beca®use of the special chemicals needed to break down the stain so they do not reappear. We do not beleive that stains are like tattoos, but we only charge for the stains that come out. Most specialty stains are under $10, and we will give a firm quote before we start any job.
